This term, we have been focusing on improving Air Quality.
We have had Blue Air visit to monitor the air quality in classrooms. They kindly donated and installed air purifiers in 7 of our classrooms, helping us to breathe cleaner air.
On the 20th November, the whole of Key Stage 2 visited Regents Place to promote the need for clean air and better air quality. We handed out leaflets and chanted our message to show the adults at Regents Place what we wanted to happen to our world in the future. This was part of UNICEFs World Children’s Day. We shared our knowledge of the UNICEF Rights of a Child and also the Global Goals https://www.globalgoals.org/ What a fantastic campaign. We also dressed up in Blue on Friday 23rd November to raise money to buy plants for every classroom (to help clean the air in the classroom).
