Procedure
School is required by the Education Reform Act to make parents aware of the 'Local Arrangements for the Consideration of Complaints'. The Governors have accepted the Lea's arrangements and the document is available in school.
The document stresses that most complaints can be best settled in discussion with the head teacher and /or other members of staff. |
